- with or without bachelor degree but with experience in Construction business
- with minimum of 5 years of experience in construction field
- knowledgeable of the basics of construction works
- preferrable knowledgeable in Arabic and English Language
- knowledgeable in Microsoft office; words, excel, PowerPoint
- Can attend meeting with Clients and represent the Company's behalf.
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and bringing in new business opportunities
- valuing the quality of work instead of long working hours without output
- hardworking, team player, can work under pressure
- with Valid Saudi Driver's License
- with transferable iqama
