My responsibilities include:
• Witness of installation of conduits, cable trays, cables laying, cable splicing,cable termination, transformers, motors, switch gear, mcc, control panels,control cables, bus duct, duct banks, earthling cables, lightening systems, etc.
• Testing of cable reels for LV and MV cables and prior to backfilling and termination.
• Review the Method of Statements for all electrical works.
• To prepare request for inspection for client inspection for completed activities.
• QA/QC documentation (RFI, MIR, ITP, checklist, NCR, WIR)
• Preparing ATP’s ( ATP1, ATP2, ATP3, ATP4 )
• Red line mark-up drawings, snag list.
• Root cause analysis and corrective actions for NCR’s
• Method statement and ITP review/preparation
• Testing of equipment such as, megger test, continuity test, earthing test, functional test, RCD and RCBO test, earth fault loop impedance test, winding resistance test, SFRA test, vibration test etc.
