Facilities Operation & Maintenance Coordinator Job

We are seeking a Facilities Operation and Maintenance Coordinator with strong technical FM expertise to manage and integrate multi-site maintenance operations across villas, residential compounds, malls, banquet halls, and commercial assets. The role involves coordinating PPM, reactive maintenance and renovation work of different property, controlling CAFM work orders, monitoring KPIs / SLAs for hard and soft services, and managing first-line technical escalations. The coordinator will review maintenance plans, asset data, method statements, and contractor performance, ensuring compliance with ISO 41001, NFPA, and the Saudi Building Code, while supporting audits, reporting, and the implementation of data-driven and smart FM technologies.
