● Get a clear understanding of the mission, vision and goals of the organization and align the thought processes and systems in tune with vision, mission & goals of the organization.
● To build and motivate a team to carry out the Events & Campaigns of the Foundation
● To display exceptional interpersonal and problem-solving abilities in managing the Team under his/her command.
Management:
Marketing:
● Establish and lead the marketing Team
● Create and maintain an extensive Database of various stakeholders that would contribute to the Events & Campaigns of the Foundation.
● Device and implement workable and effective MIS systems to track the progress of the marketing efforts and ensure efficiency
Finance:
● Be in tune with the Financial goals of the organisation and take all steps to fulfil them in terms of raising funds to support the projects
● Profitability: Set up systems and processes to ensure profitability of all the projects by way of following due diligence, effective negotiations, cost cutting and other creative means.
● Accountability: Device and implement various systems and processes to handle the cash entrusted to you and submit all accounts within the stipulated time frame
Operations:
● Seamless implementation/execution of various projects in such a manner that each and every project is a success by various parameters.
● Engage other agencies, businesses, donors and stakeholders to support and publicize the project preferably financially or also in kind /services rendered.
● Planning and procurement of all resources required for the project implementation.
● Prepare budget for project based on anticipated resources needed and present viable plans to raise funds.
● Monitor progress of project stages and determine and implement any necessary changes.
● Record data on project work, such as expenditures, time to complete tasks, attendance at events and people served.
● Report project progress and results to Managing Trustee on a timely basis.
● Form a project team, both fulltime & part time interns / volunteers, and lead them with appropriate induction/orientation & management.
