I am experienced in troubleshooting hardware and software issues. Installing, configuring and maintaining Windows 10/11, MS Office, Outlook, and third-party applications. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and network issues efficiently to minimize downtime. Managing Active Directory tasks including user account creation, password resets, group policies and access permissions. Supporting LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting. Configuring and troubleshoting printers (local & network), scanners, and peripherals.
