POS Support: Install, configure, and troubleshoot Foodics & Aloha POS; menu setup, user access, live issue resolution
Networking: LAN/Wi-Fi setup, routers, switches, access points, static IP, DHCP, TCP/IP troubleshooting
Printers & Devices: Receipt and kitchen printers (Epson, Bixolon), USB/Wi-Fi/IP configuration, fast recovery
CCTV & Security: IP cameras, DVR/NVR, remote viewing, basic monitoring (Dahua & Hikvision)
Delivery & Payment Devices: Support delivery aggregator devices and ensure smooth order flow with POS
IT Systems: Windows OS installation, basic Active Directory support, antivirus & IT security basics
Cloud & Tools: Microsoft OneDrive, EDSS, digital signage, basic system documentation
Support: Level 2 IT support, on-site & remote assistance, user training, preventive maintenance
