I possess strong expertise in design engineering, CNC programming, process optimization, and shop-floor leadership, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time while maintaining quality and cost control.

End-to-end responsibility for production planning, execution, and optimization

Preparation and review of engineering drawings for client approval and manufacturing (AutoCAD & SolidWorks)

CNC machine programming, process sequencing, and cycle-time optimization

Supervision and coordination of multi-skilled production teams

Preventive maintenance planning and machine uptime improvement

Cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and material planning

Implementation of quality assurance, HSE standards, and continuous improvement initiatives

Coordination with clients, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project delivery
