Steel Mountain Group is seeking Cleaning Services Crew Members to support the delivery of high-quality facility cleaning services across client sites. The role is essential to maintaining hygiene, safety, and presentation standards in line with approved service scopes, SOPs, and SLAs.
This position requires discipline, attention to detail, and professionalism in client-facing environments.
What You’ll Deliver
Perform daily cleaning activities in accordance with approved cleaning schedules and standards
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas including offices, common areas, restrooms, and facilities
Use cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely and correctly
Ensure all cleaning materials and equipment are maintained, stored, and reported if defective
Follow Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) guidelines at all times
Report site issues, damages, or service gaps to the site supervisor
Maintain professional appearance, including uniform and personal hygiene
Support inspections, audits, and client walkthroughs when required
What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in cleaning or facility services is preferred
Basic knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and hygiene standards
High level of discipline, reliability, and attention to detail
Ability to work in structured, regulated environments
Physically fit to perform cleaning duties
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
