I’m Muhammad Qasim, an experienced QA/QC Inspector with 7 years of dedicated experience in the quality field across KSA specializing in civil, Fit out, Finishing and architectural works. I hold a Diploma in Civil Engineering, and BS Hons. Qs and Construction Management (Final Year). I am a NEOM Approved Civil/Architectural QC Inspector. I have a valid and transferable Iqama, driving license and I am available to join within one month.
✅ Supervise and guide site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen to ensure quality standards and timely project progress across all civil and architectural works.
✅ Conduct inspections and testing processes, along with preparing and maintaining quality documentation (WIR, MAR, MIR,).
✅ Prepare and submit comprehensive weekly and monthly quality reports.
✅ Perform site inspections, witness tests (concrete cylinder strength, durability, steel tests), and follow up on results and compliance.
✅ Carry out detailed inspections of formwork, reinforcement, scaffolding, blockwork, tiling, marble works, waterproofing, Dry Wall, Painting Works and foundations.
✅ Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve issues and ensure integrated solutions on-site.
✅ Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and environmental requirements during all project phases.
