Basic computer skills, attention to detail and accuracy, physical stamina and strength to lift and move heavy items, Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Preferably FILIPINO
Responsibilities:
-Pick and pack online orders according to the packing list, using a handheld scanner or a computer system
-Perform Quallity Control activities (QC), verify the quantity and quality of the items before dispatching them to the customers
-Properly package the products according to applicable packaging standards and using the right packaging material to ensure safe handling of products. Label and seal the packages, and arrange them for shipment or pickup
-Ensure that customer orders are prepared and processed quickly and efficiently
-Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items to the supervisor
-Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following the health and safety regulations
-Communicate with the customer service team to resolve any issues or queries related to the orders
-Dispatch orders with last-mile couriers in an accurate and efficient way and ensure right packages are dispatched with the right couriers
-Properly utilise the packaging material to safeguard company assets
-Perform inventory counts as required by supervisor
-Promote and uphold Company commitments to customers of Top Quality, Wide Variety, Superior service, Great Value, and True Sustainability.
-KPIs: Financial (Sales, Shrink), Operational (Picking OTIF, OPMH, Fulfilment Rate), Service (CSAT, Complaints Rate), Marketing (Customer Count, Customer Retention Rate)
