Job Role:
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for annual audits and resolve any accounting discrepancies.
• Preparing VAT Reports and Filing return
• Keeping Bank accounts, maintain cheque book and records.
• Manage and supervise day-to-day accounting activities
• Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for business decisions
• Generate accurate management reports and financial statements (Trial Balance, P&L, Balance Sheet)
• Lead the accounting team to ensure continuous professional development and efficient performance
• Maintain and monitor cash flow and efficient financial operations.
• Monitor general ledger, accounts Receivable, accounts Payable, and other accrual aspects
• Collaborate with HR to process Payroll and employee benefits
• Reconcile Inventory, bank, suppliers, and Client's ledger
• Maintain and prepare cost center Wise reports (Project, Division, Trading & Service Wise)
