My career began at Oban Hotel Multan, where I served as Storekeeper and Receiving Clerk from August 2019 to October 2021. In this role, I took ownership of receiving and inventory control functions, ensuring all goods were inspected, documented, and stored in accordance with hotel standards. I maintained stock accuracy, enforced FIFO practices, and supported audits through proper documentation and reporting, contributing to reduced discrepancies and improved stock accountability.
From November 2021 to October 2022, I advanced to the role of Assistant Cost Controller at Hotel One Multan, where I played a key role in monitoring daily consumption, verifying supplier invoices, and supporting monthly stock takes and variance analysis. I worked closely with finance and operations teams to ensure cost transparency, adherence to budget controls, and timely reporting to management. My involvement strengthened cost discipline across food, beverage, and general stores.
I later expanded my leadership capability as a Night Auditor at Hotel Avalon Suites Multan from August 2022 to October 2023. I independently managed night audit operations, reconciled revenues, prepared management reports, and supervised overnight front office activities, ensuring operational continuity and financial accuracy.
Currently, I am employed at Saja Hotel as a Receiving Clerk cum Cost Clerk since May 2024, overseeing receiving processes while supporting cost control systems, inventory accuracy, and interdepartmental coordination. With a strong blend of operational knowledge and financial oversight, I bring a disciplined, results-driven approach suited to senior operational or cost control roles within the hospitality industry.
