• Install, maintain and repair electrical controls, wiring, and lighting systems
• Repair and replace electrical equipment and fixtures, such as appliances, lighting fixtures, etc.
• Inspect and diagnose Transformers, Circuit Breakers and other electrical equipment
• Estimate cost of preventive and corrective maintenance and repair works
• Troubleshoot electrical problems and disrepair using electrical testing equipment
• Pull and terminate cables of various types
• Trace telephone lines from the IP Telephony Switchboard to the different telephone units within the compound
• Handle equipment, tools and spare parts carefully and responsibly
• Adhere to the highest standard of safety when conducting maintenance and repair activities; report incidents and/or accidents in the workplace upon occurrence
• Oversee work being carried out on the compound by third-party contractors
• Take electrical meter readings and create electricity consumption reports
• Keep logs of daily maintenance activities
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as required by the company
Must have a valid iqama and transferable
