Responsibilities:

* Bake and prepare a wide variety of Pastries, Cakes, and Desserts from scratch
* Develop and test new recipes
* Manage inventory and ensure the kitchen is properly stocked with baking supplies
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment
* Participate in menu planning and development
* Ensure adherence to all food safety regulations

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 2 years of experience working in a professional pastry kitchen
2. Strong understanding of baking techniques and principles
3. Experience with working in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Creative and innovative approach to pastry making
6. A meticulous eye for detail and presentation
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
8. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
