We are excited to launch our new Art School in Segaya, Bahrain, and we are looking for a creative, passionate, and experienced Art School Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate should:
Have 5–6 years of experience teaching art, preferably to children.
Be confident managing the school’s daily operations from morning to evening.
Be creative and able to develop weekly themed art activities and engaging projects for children.
Have the ability to design and implement a fun, structured, and age-appropriate art curriculum.
Have experience with or a strong interest in social media, content creation, and promoting children’s art activities.
Be organized, energetic, responsible, and passionate about working with children.
Be willing and available to start immediately.
Ideally live within 5–10 minutes of the school, preferably in Segaya, Adliya, Mahooz, or Salmaniya.

Requirements

● Plan and deliver engaging art lessons suitable for children aged 4–10
● Introduce basic art concepts using various materials and techniques
● Encourage creativity, self-expression, and confidence in children
● Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring learning environment
● Observe and support each child’s developmental and creative progress
● has a commitment to developing curriculum activities within the Expressive Arts Faculty
● can promote and maintain the highest standards in all aspects of the work in the school
Added Advantage
*Formal training or certification in Art, Education, or Early Childhood Education
Previous experience in a preschool setting
Basic understanding of child development
