Experienced Senior Accounts Payable Accountant / Senior Accountant with 10+ years of accounting and finance experience across KSA, Qatar, and Sri Lanka, including e-commerce, FMCG, logistics, manufacturing, and audit sectors.

Currently based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with Transferable Iqama and available for immediate joining.

Strong AP experience in:

• Accounts Payable AP operations
• Supplier invoice verification and payment processing
• Purchase order, delivery note, and invoice matching
• Vendor / supplier statement reconciliation
• Supplier payout processing and payment follow-up
• Expense booking, accruals, and GL posting
• Bank reconciliation and payment clearing
• VAT, ZATCA, e-invoicing, and invoice documentation
• Fixed assets, payroll schedules, and employee payables
• Month-end closing and AP aging reports
• Audit support and compliance-ready documentation
• ERP Systems: QuickBooks, Xero, Zoho
• Advanced Excel: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and reporting schedules

Experienced in handling full-cycle AP functions, supplier accounts, invoice control, payment scheduling, vendor reconciliation, VAT records, expense analysis, cash flow support, and audit-ready AP documentation.
