Job Summary
Contracting company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage construction and EPC projects, particularly in power plants, substations, and industrial facilities under SEC / National Grid standards.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for complete project execution, including planning, coordination, cost control, and ensuring delivery in line with quality, safety, and schedule requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end project execution from planning to handover
Ensure compliance with:
SEC standards
Project specifications and contract requirements
Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Develop and monitor:
Project schedules (Primavera / MS Project)
Budget and cost control
Coordinate with:
Clients (SEC / EPC contractors like Doosan)
Consultants and stakeholders
Ensure implementation of:
QA/QC procedures
HSE requirements
Prepare and review:
Method statements
Progress reports
EOT claims and documentation
Monitor risks and implement mitigation plans
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 10–15 years of experience in:
EPC / Construction projects
Power plant / industrial works
Proven experience with SEC / National Grid / EPC contractors
Strong knowledge of:
Project management practices (PMI preferred)
Contract management (FIDIC knowledge preferred)
Experience in:
Primavera P6 or MS Project
Cost control and reporting
Preferred Skills
Strong leadership and team management
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
Experience in tank works, civil infrastructure, and industrial projects
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
