Senior Electrical QC Inspector(Neom Approved)

• Perform day-to-day inspection and monitoring of electrical works at the project site to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
• Inspect electrical installations such as cable trays, conduits, wiring, terminations, panels, lighting systems, earthing systems, and DBs.
• Verify that electrical materials received on-site meet project specifications, are undamaged, and are stored properly according to MSDS and handling procedures.
• Prepare and maintain inspection checklists, material inspection reports (MIRs), and site inspection reports.
• Conduct insulation resistance testing, continuity testing, earth resistance testing, and polarity checks using calibrated instruments.
• Assist in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities, ensuring all electrical systems are tested and documented according to ITPs.
• Issue and follow up on non-conformance reports (NCRs) and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively.
• Coordinate with construction teams, site supervisors, and subcontractors to schedule inspections at appropriate stages of work.
• Ensure that installation practices align with international standards (IEC, NEC, IEEE) and local regulatory codes.
• Attend and support joint inspections with consultants and client representatives for work approvals.
• Ensure as-built drawings are updated as per site modifications and variations.
• Monitor proper use and calibration of electrical testing equipment used during inspections.
• Verify compliance with method statements, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and project-specific quality plans.
• Conduct walkdowns and joint inspections with QA/QC Engineers and project stakeholders prior to system handover.
• Review contractor/subcontractor work for alignment with the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and raise IRs (Inspection Requests) accordingly.
• Monitor electrical work safety compliance during and after installation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing requested inspection records and documentation.
