Project Oversight:
Manage and coordinate all MEP-related activities across projects, ensuring adherence to design
specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
Design & Implementation:
Oversee the design, installation, and commissioning of MEP systems, ensuring they meet the project
requirements and industry regulations.
Quantities Take-off:
Performed accurate quantity take-offs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems based on
drawings and specifications.
Prepared BOQs and material estimates to support cost control, procurement, and project planning.
Procurement:
Answer technical questions of supplier/vendor to meet with project specifications and standards
and follow up the material delivery.
Site Supervision:
Supervise on-site MEP installations, conducting regular inspections to ensure work is completed to high standards and identifying and addressing any issues promptly.
Technical Support:
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, addressing complex engineering challenges and ensuring the efficient integration of all systems.

Work closely with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of MEP systems with other building components and project elements.
Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for all ME related activities as material submittal, method statesmanship’s, WIR, MIR, ATP, Quality Plans, including design changes, site inspections, and progress reports.
Budget & Schedule Management:
Monitor project budgets and schedules, making adjustments as needed to ensure that projects are
completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
Contract Review:
Review and analyze contract terms and conditions, providing recommendations to ensure the best interests of the company are represented.
Tenders & Bidding:
Managed end-to-end tendering and bidding processes, including documentation, compliance, and
submissions. Analyzed RFPs/RFQs, coordinated with cross-functional teams, and ensured timely, accurate bids. Supported contract awards through cost estimation, technical alignment, and client communication.
