Bathroom Waterproofing:
Waterproofing treatment to bathroom floors and walls beneath tiles to prevent water leakage, seepage, and moisture penetration.
Kitchen Waterproofing:
Waterproofing of kitchen floors and wall joints to protect against water seepage and dampness.
Water Tank Waterproofing:
Internal waterproofing of underground and overhead water tanks using cementitious or food-grade epoxy coating suitable for potable water.
Basement Waterproofing:
Waterproofing works to basement areas including positive and negative side waterproofing, injection grouting, and leakage treatment where required.
Terrace & Balcony Waterproofing:
Application of UV-resistant waterproofing coating on terraces and balconies, including crack filling and slope correction if necessary.
Crack Treatment:
Repair and sealing of all visible cracks in concrete surfaces using appropriate crack-filling materials.
Expansion Joint Sealing:
Sealing of all expansion and construction joints using PU or polysulfide sealant to allow movement and prevent water ingress.
Epoxy & Protective Coating:
Application of epoxy or protective coating in parking areas, water tanks, or industrial zones for chemical and moisture resistance.
Surface Preparation:
Proper surface preparation including cleaning, removal of loose materials, and making the surface ready for waterproofing application.
Application & Curing:
All waterproofing works shall be executed strictly in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, ensuring proper curing time between coats.
Testing & Handover:
Upon completion, water ponding / leakage testing shall be conducted, and the treated areas shall be handed over in acceptable condition.
