We are hiring a highly experienced Steel Fabricator with strong background in high-volume production and production speeding techniques.
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience in steel fabrication
Proven experience in large quantity production
Strong skills in production speeding & workflow optimization
Excellent ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings
Experience in cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly
Knowledge of jigs, fixtures, and production line methods
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
High attention to quality and accuracy
Must be available in Bahrain (local transfer preferred)
Responsibilities:
Handle mass production fabrication projects
Improve production speed without compromising quality
Follow safety and quality standards
Work efficiently to meet daily targets
