The Quality Control (QC) professional is responsible for ensuring that all products, materials, and processes meet established standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role involves conducting inspections, performing tests, documenting results, and working closely with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, has a strong understanding of quality standards, and is committed to maintaining the highest level of product integrity.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Perform routine and non-routine inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products.
* Utilize precision measuring instruments and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, gauges, microscopes, testing software) to verify product specifications.
* Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.
* Document inspection results by completing detailed reports and logs. Input data into the quality management system (QMS).
* Identify and segregate non-conforming products or materials. Initiate and support the Material Review Board (MRB) process.
* Work collaboratively with production, engineering, and supply chain teams to communicate quality issues and implement corrective actions.
* Monitor operations to ensure they adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and other relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 9001).
* Conduct audits of processes and procedures to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
* Assist in the calibration and maintenance of QC equipment and tools.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.
* Promote a culture of safety and quality awareness throughout the site.
Qualifications:
* Diploma of information technology.
* Diploma of Associate Engineering Mechanical.
* Higher Secondary School Certificate Pre-Engineering.
* Secondary School Certificate Science.

* Strong knowledge of quality control standards, testing techniques, and root cause analysis methodologies.
* Proficiency in using measurement tools and interpreting technical documents.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
