Key Responsibilities:
Document Control:
Maintain, organize, and control all project documents (hard copy and electronic)
Ensure proper document numbering, filing, and version control
Distribute documents to relevant departments and track acknowledgements
Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and subcontractors on document submissions
Prepare document registers, transmittals, and status reports
Timekeeping:
Record and monitor daily employee attendance and working hours
Prepare timesheets, overtime records, and manpower reports
Coordinate with HR and payroll for accurate salary processing
Monitor leave, absences, and shift schedules
Ensure compliance with labor and project requirements
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum 2 years of experience as Document Controller and/or Timekeeper
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with document management systems is an advantage
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
