Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day administrative and clerical tasks
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare, organize, and maintain files, documents, and reports
Assist management with administrative support and coordination
Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth office operations
Handle data entry and maintain accurate records
Greet visitors and provide general office support
Coordinate with internal staff and external parties as required
✅ Requirements:
Filipina national (required)
Previous experience as an Admin Assistant or Secretary is preferred
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Professional attitude and presentable appearance
Willingness to work full-time and flexible hours if required
