- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the architecture & construction industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients
- Collaborate with the architecture team to understand project capabilities and requirements
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business development strategies
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the system
- Provide regular reports on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Business Administration (MBA)
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the architecture industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of architectural industry trends and practices
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Preferably candidates belongs to Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt & GCC countries.
