Business Development Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth and expanding our client base within the architectural & construction sectors.

- Proven ability to generate leads and acquire new customers in sectors such as commercial spaces,
residential projects, hospitality, and institutional clients
- Strong understanding of architectural concepts, drawings, materials, and turnkey solutions
- Skilled in client relationship management, from initial contact to contract closure
- Ability to present design concepts and technical solutions in a convincing manner
- Experience in negotiation, pricing strategies, and contract finalization
- Capable of coordinating with design teams, suppliers, and project managers

Core Responsibilities:

- Identify and approach potential clients (developers, consultants, contractors, corporates)
- Develop and execute sales and business development strategies
- Convert inquiries into profitable projects and signed contracts
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and site visits with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met
- Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Architecture or Business Administration (MBA)
3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the architecture industry
- Experience in B2B sales or project-based sales
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset
- Ability to build long-term business relationships
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential
- Willingness to travel within the region as required
- Preferably candidates belongs to Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt & GCC countries.
