HSE OFFICER

A highly motivated and NEBOSH-certified Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer with over 5 years of hands-on experience working on major construction, pipeline, pump station, water filtration, and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. Proven expertise in implementing and monitoring HSE management systems, conducting site and equipment inspections, hazard identification, risk assessments, accident and near-miss investigations, and ensuring full compliance with Saudi HSE regulations, client standards, and international best practices.
Experienced in delivering safety inductions, toolbox talks, and specialized trainings including working at height, confined space, lifting operations, electrical safety, and emergency response. Strong ability to coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors to promote a proactive safety culture and achieve zero-harm objectives. Possesses excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills, with a solid understanding of permit-to-work systems, third-party inspections, scaffolding, cranes, MEWPs, fire safety, housekeeping, and site welfare standards.
