We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Civil Supervisor / Foreman to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing manpower, and ensuring that all civil works are executed according to project specifications and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all civil construction activities at site
Manage workers, subcontractors, and site resources efficiently
Ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedule
Monitor site safety and enforce company safety policies
Report daily progress to the Project Manager
Ensure proper use of materials and avoid wastage
Handle site issues and provide quick solutions
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Civil Supervisor / Foreman in Saudi Arabia
Strong knowledge of civil construction works (concrete, finishing, structural works, etc.)
Ability to read and understand drawings
Good leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage labor teams effectively
Preferred:
Valid Saudi driving license
Experience in infrastructure or building projects
