✅Supervise and guide site engineers, subcontractors, and foremen to maintain quality and timely progress across all civil works.
✅Inspection and testing processes, quality documentation (WIR, MAR, MIR, ITP, Method Statements, Plans, and Procedures).
✅Preparing and submitting weekly and monthly quality reports.
✅Conducting site inspections, witnessing tests (cylinder strength, durability, and steel tests), and following up on reports.
✅Perform detailed inspections of formwork, reinforcement, scaffolding, tiling, marble, blockwork, waterproofing, foundations, cable trenches, pipelines, and manholes.
✅Coordinate closely with MEP, architectural, and structural teams to resolve conflicts and ensure seamless integration of services.
✅Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental protocols throughout project phases.
Valid KSA driving License
✅Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering – with certifications in Project Management and cost estimation
