-Common Area Cleaning: Maintaining the cleanliness of hallways, lobby, elevators, gym, and parking areas.
-Checkout Cleaning: Deep cleaning and sanitizing apartments after tenant checkouts to ensure they are ready for new occupants.
-Maintenance Support: Assisting the maintenance team with basic repairs, bulb replacements, and general upkeep.
-General Duties: Handling waste management, assisting with deliveries, and other miscellaneous tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Visa Status: Candidates currently on a Visit Visa or Canceled Visa are preferred and encouraged to apply.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or building maintenance is an advantage but not mandatory.
Attributes: Must be physically fit, punctual, and able to communicate effectively.
Keralites Preffered.
