Education:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Veterinary Science, Microbiology, or related field.
BSC food technology / Food Science
BSC Veterinary
Experience:
Experience not less than 3 Years as Quality controller food industries, mainly : Slaughterhouse – meat processing – chicken processing
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
Ability to identify defects and quality risks in meat products.
Good documentation and reporting skills.
Attention to detail and strong observation skills.
Communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work in shifts and in cold/production environments.
Work Conditions
Slaughterhouse and processing plant environment.
Exposure to cold areas, noise, and production operations.
Shift-based work as per operational requirements.
