Responsibilities:
Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
Handle emails, phone calls, and basic correspondence
Maintain office files and records
Perform data entry and document preparation
Support other departments when required
Requirements:
Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
Good communication and organizational skills
Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
