We are hiring an experienced Performance Marketer to manage, optimize, and scale our paid advertising across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google — with a strong focus on ROI and profitability.
This is a performance-first role. Not for beginners.
Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google)
- Optimize campaigns for CPA, ROAS, and conversions
- Test and scale creatives, audiences, and funnels
- Monitor daily performance, budgets, and scaling decisions
- Analyze data and prepare clear performance reports
- Coordinate closely with creative and content teams
- Improve conversion rates and reduce abandoned carts
✅ Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in performance marketing / paid ads
- Strong hands-on experience across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google Ads (all platforms required)
- Strong analytical skills (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, AOV)
- Ability to work independently and manage budgets responsibly
- You can commit 3–4 focused hours daily
- Availability to start immediately
