Operations Executive - Medical Claims

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai for an Operations Executive - Medical Claims. The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing and managing operations related to medical claims. Daily tasks include processing claim submissions, analyzing claims for accuracy and compliance, coordinating with healthcare providers, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves working closely with the CRM team to ensure timely resolution of claims and continuous improvement in claims handling processes.
