- Management Reporting: Presentation, Dashboard reporting to Higher Management.
- Project Status Analysis: Conduct regular project status analyses to determine progress, identify variances, and forecast outcomes.
- Schedule Integration: Merge subcontractor plans into a master project schedule, ensuring seamless project execution.
- Cost Management: Analyze and report on Estimate to Complete (ETC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), and project profitability, utilizing detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Cost Control: Implement effective cost monitoring and control measures to ensure budget adherence.
- Scheduling and Reporting: Prepare Look-Ahead Schedules, and Summary Milestone Reports.
- Delay and Float Analysis: Conduct thorough delay and float analyses to identify potential project impacts.
- Project Monitoring and Control: Develop and track Construction S- Curves, Bar Charts, and Resource Histograms for senior management.
- Earned Value Management: Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles, including Schedule Variance (SV), Cost Variance (CV), Cost Performance Index (CPI), and Schedule Performance Index (SPI).
- Progress Reporting: Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress reports to stakeholders.
- Collaboration and Issue Resolution: Work closely with project teams, contractors, and vendors to resolve issues and ensure project success.
- Risk Analysis and Mitigation: Conduct risk analyses and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project deliverables.
