Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional attitude and ability to work in a clinical environment.
Requirements for Medical / Department Assistants
Previous experience in their relevant field is required.
Knowledge of patient management and clinical workflows.
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
Requirements for Receptionist
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting.
Strong knowledge of patient reception, registration, and follow-up of required forms and documentation.
Ability to manage patient appointments and records efficiently.
Proficient in office software and clinic management programs.
Excellent personal appearance and professional presentation.
Ability to perform cash register opening at the beginning of the day and cash closing at the end of the day.
