Record Keeping: Ensure all documents are properly filed, indexed, and easy to retrieve when needed.
Version Control: Track revisions and updates of documents to maintain accuracy and compliance.
Report Preparation: Prepare reports, logs, and summaries related to project documents and correspondence.
Compliance: Ensure all documents meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Coordination: Work closely with different departments to collect, distribute, and archive documents.
Confidentiality: Maintain strict confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Software Proficiency: Use MS Office, document management systems (DMS), and other relevant software efficiently.
Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits by providing accurate documentation records.
