Civil Foreman

Highly experienced Civil Foreman with strong hands-on expertise in supervising civil construction works including concrete, formwork, reinforcement, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure activities. Proven ability to manage manpower, coordinate with engineers, and ensure work execution in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and execute daily civil construction activities at site
Manage and control skilled and unskilled manpower efficiently
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, method statements, and project specifications
Coordinate with Site Engineers, QA/QC, Safety Officers, and subcontractors
Monitor productivity, material usage, and work quality
Ensure compliance with HSE rules and safety regulations at site
Inspect works such as concrete pouring, shuttering, steel fixing, block work, plastering, and finishing
Identify site issues and report progress to the Site Engineer / Project Manager
Maintain daily work reports and site records
Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of civil construction methods and materials
Ability to read and understand construction drawings
Leadership skills with the ability to handle labor and subcontractors
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong commitment to quality, safety, and deadlines
Experience & Qualification:
Diploma / Bachelor in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience
Minimum 3–6 years of experience as a Civil Foreman (Building / Infrastructure Projects preferred)
