# VACANCY: CLEANING SUPERVISOR
A well-established Cleaning & Maintenance Company in Bahrain is looking for an experienced **Cleaning Supervisor**.
## Requirements
* Degree holder preferred
* Minimum **4–5 years Gulf experience** in cleaning operations
* Good English and Hindi communication skills
* Valid Driving Licence
* Good knowledge of cleaning equipment, materials, and chemicals
* Strong leadership and staff supervision skills
## Key Responsibilities
* Supervise cleaning staff and daily site operations
* Coordinate with the Cleaning Manager
* Ensure company standards, safety procedures, and client requirements are followed
* Conduct regular site inspections and cleaning audits
* Maintain attendance, inspection, and quality records
* Train new cleaning staff
* Monitor proper use of cleaning equipment and chemicals
