The IT Specialist is responsible for supporting and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, systems, and end-user devices, ensuring stable operations, technical efficiency, and prompt resolution of technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for networks, systems, and end-user devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Maintain and monitor IT infrastructure, servers, and connectivity.
Support system implementations, upgrades, and security measures.
Coordinate with external vendors and service providers when required.
Requirements:
