Key Responsibilities
• Manpower planning and deployment across multiple construction sites
• Recruitment of site staff, supervisors, engineers, and labor
• Attendance control, discipline enforcement, and labor issue handling
• Payroll processing, WPS compliance, and overtime control
• Visa, Iqama, GOSI, insurance, and labor law compliance
• Handling inspections and coordination with government authorities
• Implementing HR SOPs, documentation, and reporting systems
• Reducing owner and project manager dependency on HR matters

Key Requirements
• 8–12 years minimum experience in HR for construction / contracting companies
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Saudi labor law, WPS, GOSI, visas, Iqama
• Experience managing site labor and staff simultaneously
• Ability to handle pressure, conflicts, and enforcement independently
• Comfortable working between office and sites
• Strong documentation and reporting discipline
• English mandatory, Arabic working knowledge preferred
