Senior Chocolatier / Chocolate Maker


Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Senior Chocolatier to support chocolate production across the bean-to-bar process. This role works closely with the Head Chocolatier and is ideal for someone with solid technical skills who wants to grow deeper into artisan chocolate making.

Key Responsibilities
• Support bean-to-bar chocolate production from cacao liquor to finished chocolate.
• Assist in chocolate formulation, including sugar, milk, and cocoa butter ratios.
• Operate refining, conching, and tempering equipment under supervision.
• Assist in molding and production of chocolate bars.
• Prepare chocolate bases for bonbons, pralines, and pastry use.
• Follow defined recipes and production standards to ensure consistency.
• Maintain organized and clean workstations during production.

Requirements
• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in chocolate making or confectionery production.
• Deep understanding of cacao processing, tempering, and chocolate formulation.
• Experience working in small-batch or craft food production environments.
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-focused role.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in bean-to-bar chocolate production.
• Background working alongside a chocolatier or in an artisan chocolate lab.
