Key Skills & Responsibilities:
Level 1 & Level 2 end-user support (desktops, laptops, printers).
Windows 10/11 support and system troubleshooting.
Active Directory user management (user creation, password reset).
Microsoft 365 support (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
Advance networking (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Ticket handling, issue resolution, and vendor coordination.
