I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC ENGINEER (CIVIL) with over 6 years of expatriate experience in Saudi Arabia, possessing strong expertise in QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL, INSPECTION, TESTING, AND DOCUMENTATION for infrastructure, industrial, commercial, and residential construction projects. I hold a BACHELOR’S DEGREE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING TECHNOLOGY along with a DAE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING, providing me with a solid technical and practical foundation in civil construction practices. Throughout my professional career, I have been actively involved in implementing PROJECT QUALITY PLANS (PQP) AND INSPECTION & TEST PLANS (ITPs), conducting inspections for CONCRETE WORKS, REINFORCEMENT, FORMWORK, EARTHWORKS, BACKFILLING, COMPACTION, ASPHALT, ROADS, UTILITIES, DRAINAGE, AND FINISHING WORKS, while ensuring full compliance with SAUDI ARAMCO, ASTM, ACI, BS, AND ISO 9001 STANDARDS. I have extensive experience in preparing and reviewing MATERIAL SUBMITTALS, METHOD STATEMENTS, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, AND QUALITY REPORTS, coordinating with CONSULTANTS, CLIENTS, CONTRACTORS, AND THIRD-PARTY LABORATORIES, and effectively managing NON-CONFORMANCE REPORTS (NCR), CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE ACTIONS (CAPA) to maintain high-quality standards on site. My project exposure includes INDUSTRIAL INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS, ROADS AND UTILITIES, STORM WATER AND DRAINAGE NETWORKS, AND RESIDENTIAL AND COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENTS within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. I am proficient in QA/QC DOCUMENTATION SYSTEMS, MS OFFICE, AND BASIC AUTOCAD DRAWING REVIEW, and I am known for my strong analytical skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to delivering quality-driven results.
