Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary receiver of work permits for the company or project.
Process, verify, and manage work permit applications for employees in compliance with Saudi regulations.
Coordinate with government authorities, labor offices, and HR departments regarding work permit approvals and renewals.
Maintain accurate records of all work permit documents, employee sponsorship details, and related approvals.
Ensure timely submission of required documents for new hires, transfers, or renewals.
Assist in resolving discrepancies or issues related to work permits and employment eligibility.
Support project management teams by ensuring all personnel are legally authorized to work.
Provide reports and updates to management regarding work permit status and compliance metrics.
