Daem Al Jazeera Commercial is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive / Manpower Sales Executive to join our team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia.
🔹 Responsibilities
Develop new clients and business opportunities for manpower supply.
Build and maintain relationships with contractors, subcontractors and industrial companies.
Generate manpower requirements and convert them into business.
Visit potential clients and conduct professional meetings.
Follow up on quotations, tenders, contracts and manpower requirements.
Develop business opportunities in Jubail, Dammam and the Eastern Province.
Focus on industrial, construction, maintenance and shutdown/turnaround projects.
🔹 Requirements
Proven experience in Saudi Arabia's manpower supply / industrial contracting market.
Strong network of contractors and industrial companies is highly preferred.
Experience dealing with Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial or Construction companies.
Good communication, negotiation and client-management skills.
Must be target-oriented and capable of independently developing new business.
Existing client relationships and a proven record of bringing manpower business will be a strong advantage.
