Experienced : 11 years experienced in I.T field in KSA. + 3.3 yrs
I will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the organization’s IT infrastructure, including computer systems, network devices, CCTV systems, biometric attendance devices, and IP phone systems. This role ensures smooth technical operations, system security, and reliable communication and surveillance services.
Key Responsibilities:
IT Support:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
* Provide end-user support for system, software, and printer issues.
* Maintain antivirus updates, system backups, and user account management.
* Troubleshoot and resolve PC and server-related problems promptly.
* Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Network Support:
* Install and configure routers, switches, access points, and firewalls.
* Monitor network performance and ensure stable LAN/WAN connectivity.
* Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
* Ensure network security and implement access control measures.
* Manage cabling, patch panels, and network labeling for proper documentation.
CCTV System Management:
* Install, configure, and maintain IP and analog CCTV systems (DVR/NVR).
* Monitor, test, and ensure video feed quality and reliability.
* Troubleshoot camera and recording issues.
* Perform periodic maintenance and firmware updates.
* Ensure proper data storage, backup, and retrieval as needed.
Attendance Devices (Biometric/RFID):
* Install and configure biometric attendance and access control devices.
* Integrate attendance data with HR/time management software.
* Troubleshoot fingerprint/face recognition and connectivity issues.
* Ensure accurate data syncing and report generation.
IP Phone Systems:
* Install and configure IP phones, PBX systems, and VoIP gateways.
* Manage user extensions, call routing, and voicemail settings.
* Troubleshoot call quality, connectivity, or configuration issues.
* Maintain and update call logs and system records.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Graduated as Computer Engineering and Management Technology.
* Certified Saudi Council of Engineering (I.T Engineer)
* Proven experience as IT, Network, or CCTV Technician.
* Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, and subnetting.
* Experience with IP-based CCTV, NVR/DVR configuration, and network topology.
* Familiarity with biometric attendance systems and IP telephony (VoIP/PBX).
* Basic understanding of cabling standards and electrical safety.
* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Additional Skills:
* Knowledge of firewall, VPN, and network security protocols. (VERY IMPORTANT!)
* Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
* Familiarity with remote monitoring tools and network management software.
* Ability to train and assist users with IT and communication systems.
* Can provide license apps, Open Source and magic applications.
