●Review project specifications and BOQ to identify material requirements.
●Prepare and compile Material Technical Submittals for consultant/client approval.
●Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to gather technical data sheets, certificates.
●Maintain and update the Material Submittal Log (MSL) and Material Tracker.
●Follow up on submitted materials and manage responses to consultant comments.
●Ensure compliance with project standards, including LEED and fire ratings.
●Support procurement by confirming approved materials.
●Collaborate with site and factory teams to ensure materials align with approvals.
