We are looking for a skilled MEP Draftsman cum Designer to join our Interior Design and Execution Company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting)
- Develop MEP design layouts as per project requirements and authority standards
- Coordinate with Architectural, Structural, and Site Teams
- Modify drawings based on site conditions and client comments
- Assist in material submittals, BOQs, and as-built drawings
- Ensure compliance with local authority regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years Experience in MEP drafting & design
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage)
- Good knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing & Fire Fighting systems
- Experience in fit-out and commercial projects preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is Plus
