Industry: Fit-Out / Interior / Construction
We are looking for a Site Supervisor to join our Interior Design and Execution Company.
Qualification (Mandatory):
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
- Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Monitor quality, safety, and progress of work on site
- Maintain site records, reports, and material tracking
- Ensure compliance with HSE and project standards
- Assist in inspections with consultants and clients
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 2–3 years experience as a Site Supervisor
- Experience in fit-out / civil works is preferred
Skills Required:
- Good knowledge of civil and interior fit-out works
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings
- Good communication and team coordination skills
