Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales and engagement calls to prospective and existing customers
• Send professional, personalized sales and follow-up emails
• Generate, qualify, and manage leads through proactive outreach
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
• Consistently follow up to maximize conversions and sales growth
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM systems

Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Proven interest or experience in sales, customer engagement, or telecalling
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
• Ability to work onsite in Al Mamzar, Dubai
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts aligned with U.S. time zones
